We produce high-tech equipment

Since 2016 the Company is engaged in developments in the field of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). Integrated system �Goodwin-Neva� includes high quality voice communication and set of options for personnel and manufacture management.

The Company has a serial production of both base and subscriber equipment on the basis of DECT, GSM/UMTS/LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, GNSS, LoRaWAN radio technologies. All equipment manufactured by the Company has proper State certificates and declarations as well as confirmed status of Russian Origin.

ALL PRODUCTS OF GOODWIN CONCERN ARE DEVELOPED AND MANUFACTURED IN RUSSIA

High-technology industry is situated on the territory of the special economic zone �TECHNOPOLIS MOSCWA� and equipped with the fully automated SMD assembly line consisting of automatic device for component installation SM482 (Samsung-Hanwha Techwin); automatic printer for screen printing �Buran� B102 (�DIAL -REM� limited); conveyor convection reflow oven �ETNA� B221-AC421 (�DIAL-REM� limited). Total production capacity of the assembly line is up to 95 thousand components per hour.

Concern �Goodwin� is also equipped with modern CNC control machines for mechanical processing of metal parts and plastic as well as a 3D printer and laser machines for plastic cutting and adhesive materials. This equipment allows quick refinement of cases, manufacture of metal parts and cases, perform prototyping of new case products.

In the production area are situated warehouses for element base, purchased parts and finished products, �clean workshop�, equipment for testing, programming, and encapsulation of modules, as well as test complex for presale preparation of communication systems and final control department.
